Published Jan 26, 2026 · Updated Jan 26, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in Books_Manager at commit 298ba736387ca37810466349af13a0fdf828e99c allows attackers to write files remotely. The controllers/books_center/upload_bookCover.php endpoint accepts the book_cover upload without restricting dangerous file types before storing it. High application privileges are required, and further impact depends on whether the stored file is web-accessible and processed by Apache/PHP.
