Renderer-gated UI spoofing via misadvanced image-set index
Published Jul 1, 2026 · Updated Jul 1, 2026
UI spoofing in Skia Graphite in Google Chrome before 150.0.7871.46 allows remote attackers to mislead users via crafted HTML. Device::drawEdgeAAImageSet fails to advance its image-set index correctly while drawing edge-antialiased image entries, causing the renderer to use the wrong entry state. Exploitation requires a compromised renderer and user interaction; the bounded result is deceptive browser UI, not direct data access or a service interrupt.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
