Browser script execution via unencoded URL segments
Published Feb 18, 2026 · Updated Feb 18, 2026
Reflected XSS in Graylog Web Interface 2.2.3 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript in a victim's browser through a crafted URL. The /system/index_sets/ route copies attacker-controlled URL segments into HTML responses without output encoding or escaping. A user must visit the crafted URL; execution occurs in the Graylog origin and permits limited manipulation of that user's session context.
