Sandboxed code execution via V8 use-after-free
Published Jul 1, 2026 · Updated Jul 1, 2026
Use-after-free in Google Chrome V8 before 150.0.7871.46 allows remote attackers to execute code in the browser sandbox via crafted HTML. Public records identify V8 but do not disclose the affected object or operation that retains and dereferences a stale reference. A user must open the crafted page; the reported consequence is code execution inside the renderer sandbox, not a sandbox escape.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
