Sandbox escape via Tint out-of-bounds write
Published Jul 1, 2026 · Updated Jul 1, 2026
Out-of-bounds write in Tint in Google Chrome before 150.0.7871.46 allows remote attackers to escape the sandbox via crafted HTML. Google identifies Tint as the affected component but has not disclosed the operation or bounds-check failure that writes beyond the intended buffer. Successful exploitation requires a user to open the crafted page; the resulting memory corruption crosses the browser sandbox and can compromise data and service availability.
