Host data disclosure via namespace restriction bypass

Missing authorization in HashiCorp Nomad and Nomad Enterprise allows remote authenticated users to expose host data through Linux namespaces. The Docker task driver forwards submitted PID, IPC, user, and UTS host-namespace modes to Docker without enforcing a disabled allow_privileged setting. Submitting a Docker-driver job is required; affected Linux clients can expose process and environment data, including tokens or credentials held by the agent or colocated workloads.
