CVE-2026-1436Network attack vector

Authenticated profile disclosure via user ID substitution

Published Feb 18, 2026 · Updated Feb 18, 2026

Improper access control in Graylog Web Interface 2.2.3 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' profiles through its API. The /users/{username} endpoint trusts the user-controlled path identifier and returns the selected profile without enforcing object-level authorization. Any valid account can enumerate users and disclose names, email addresses, internal identifiers, and last-activity data, with no reported write or service-interruption impact.
