Unauthenticated image disclosure via forged access tokens

IDOR in Pepro Development Group's PeproDev WooCommerce Receipt Uploader 2.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read images via forged tokens. The secure_preview handler decodes attachment, user, and order identifiers from a comma-separated token but never verifies that the attachment belongs to that order. A guest order permits unauthenticated access because guest checkout is enabled by default; disclosure is limited to image attachments, including other customers' receipts.
