Unauthenticated order receipt tampering via missing ownership check

Authorization bypass in PeproDev WooCommerce Receipt Uploader 2.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter any order's receipt data. The public upload-payment-receipt AJAX handler trusts a replayable logged-out WordPress nonce and an attacker-supplied order ID without checking authentication, capabilities, or order ownership. WooCommerce is required; a harvested guest nonce permits attaching a whitelisted image and changing receipt metadata, while a configured approval-status mapping also changes the order's main status.
