Subscriber-level information disclosure via unchecked post type
Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026
Information disclosure in LifterLMS before 10.0.10 allows remote authenticated users to read internal post titles through an AJAX request. The select2_query_posts handler accepts a caller-supplied post_type and returns matching titles after checking only that the caller is logged in, without verifying a capability for the requested type. Subscriber-level access and a front-end nonce are sufficient to enumerate published coupon codes, vouchers, orders, or access plans; the demonstrated consequence is read-only disclosure.
