Customer PII disclosure via unchecked AJAX handler
Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026
Information disclosure in Easy Appointments before 3.12.28 allows remote authenticated users to read all stored customer PII. The ea_get_customers_ajax handler accepts paged requests without a per-request capability or nonce check and returns ea_customers rows as JSON. Contributor-level edit_posts access reaches the handler; subscriber accounts do not, and exposed fields include names, emails, phones, birth dates, and addresses.
