Unauthenticated administrator creation via unprotected APIs
Published Jun 30, 2026 · Updated Jun 30, 2026
Missing authentication in Advantech Hospital Queuing Management before 1.2.13 allows remote attackers to create website administrator accounts. The affected API handlers execute sensitive-data retrieval and website-administrator creation without authenticating the caller; TWCERT does not identify the endpoint paths. Network access to the affected APIs is sufficient, and exploitation discloses sensitive information or grants control through a new administrator account.
