UI spoofing via unvalidated crafted HTML
Published Jun 30, 2026 · Updated Jun 30, 2026
Input validation in Google Chrome on Android before 150.0.7871.47 allows remote attackers to spoof browser UI via crafted HTML. The Input component accepts attacker-controlled HTML without sufficient validation, but the restricted Chromium issue does not disclose the affected function or exact validation error. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted page; the published impact is limited to deceptive UI integrity rather than data disclosure or service interruption.
