Omnibox spoofing via crafted HTML page
Published Jun 30, 2026 · Updated Jun 30, 2026
Incorrect security UI in Google Chrome for iOS before 150.0.7871.47 allows remote attackers to spoof the Omnibox via crafted HTML. The Omnibox displays attacker-controlled URL-bar contents for the crafted page, but Google has not disclosed the underlying rendering or state-handling error. Exploitation requires user interaction with the page and can misrepresent the displayed origin; no data access or code execution is reported.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
