Reflected XSS via unescaped PHP_SELF form action

Reflected XSS in eSoftArena Limited Vzaar Media Management 1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts via crafted URLs. Its upload form writes the request-derived $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] value into the action attribute without sanitization or context-appropriate escaping. Exploitation requires a victim to follow an attacker-crafted link, after which the script runs in the WordPress origin and can alter page content.
