Sandbox escape via undisclosed DevTools policy bypass
Published Jun 30, 2026 · Updated Jun 30, 2026
Insufficient policy enforcement in DevTools in Google Chrome before 150.0.7871.47 allows remote attackers to escape the sandbox via crafted HTML. Google has not published which DevTools policy check is missing or what renderer-controlled operation bypasses it. A renderer process must already be compromised and a user must load the crafted page; successful exploitation crosses the renderer sandbox into a higher-privileged browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
