Same-origin policy bypass via CSS processing
Published Jun 30, 2026 · Updated Jun 30, 2026
Same-origin policy bypass in CSS in Google Chrome before 150.0.7871.47 allows remote attackers to cross origin boundaries via crafted HTML. The public Chromium issue is access-restricted, and Google's advisory does not disclose which CSS processing path mishandles the crafted document. Exploitation requires a user to load attacker-controlled HTML; public records do not identify the cross-origin action enabled beyond the policy bypass.
