Local credential disclosure via world-readable file creation

Incorrect file permissions in AWS CLI before 1.44.78 and 2.34.29 allow local users to read credentials from files created by three subcommands. The codeartifact login, iam create-virtual-mfa-device, and deploy register paths create credential or configuration files with mode 0644 rather than owner-only mode 0600. Exploitation requires another local account on the same Unix-like host and a nonrestrictive umask, which is the default on most systems.
