SQL injection via unquoted SQL identifiers

SQL injection in DBIx::QuickORM before 0.000026 allows attackers to read or alter database data through crafted SQL identifiers. The default SQL::Abstract builder omits quote_char, causing order keys, column names, field lists, upsert columns, and join aliases to enter SQL verbatim. Exploitation requires consuming code to forward untrusted input into an identifier position; placeholder-bound values are unaffected.
