Local code execution via post-verification file replacement

Improper signature verification in Honeywell IQ MultiAccess 28 and earlier allows local users to execute untrusted code via file replacement. The download path verifies a file only when received, then executes it without revalidating integrity or authenticity, leaving a TOCTOU window for replacement. Exploitation requires local product access and winning that timing window; successful replacement runs attacker-controlled code in the vulnerable process.
