Application crash via unvalidated packet capture length

Heap-based buffer overflow in PcapPlusPlus 25.05 allows remote attackers to crash applications that parse a crafted PCAPNG file. In LightPcapNg's parse_by_block_type(), memcpy() trusts captured_packet_length from an Enhanced Packet Block and reads past its heap allocation. An application must accept and parse an attacker-supplied PCAPNG file; the demonstrated result is an out-of-bounds read and process abort, while information disclosure is not demonstrated.
