Resource exhaustion in ASUS System Control Interface and Business Manager allows local users to crash Windows via crafted IOCTL requests. IOCTL 0x222808 in bsitf.sys accepts a caller-controlled size, allocates contiguous kernel memory without size or count limits, maps it into user space, and returns its physical address. Administrator privileges are required to open the device; repeated calls exhaust NonPagedPool and crash the system, while single allocations disclose physical kernel addresses.
