Local tool crash via malformed bitcode parsing

Stack-buffer overflow in LLVM Project 22.1.0 through 22.1.6 allows local users to crash LLVM tools by parsing malformed bitcode. Parsing the crafted symbol table reaches createValueName, where inlined StringMap insertion accesses memory outside a stack temporary. Exploitation requires local execution of a bitcode-processing tool; the demonstrated consequence is a process abort, and LLVM disputes the report because malicious compiler input is outside its security scope.
