CVE-2026-1357Network attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via null-key file upload

Published Feb 11, 2026 · Updated Feb 11, 2026

Arbitrary file upload in WPvivid Backup & Migration 0.9.123 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute PHP code on the server. The send_to_site path continues after RSA session-key decryption fails, initializes Rijndael with a predictable null-byte key, and writes an unsanitized payload filename outside the backup directory. Exploitation requires the disabled-by-default site-transfer key to be generated and unexpired, after which uploaded PHP runs with the web server's privileges.
