Account access via OAuth second-factor bypass

Improper authentication in Documenso 2.0 through 2.11.0 allows remote attackers to access accounts through Google OAuth without TOTP. The Google OAuth callback in handle-oauth-callback-url.ts calls onAuthorize and creates a full session without checking the user's twoFactorEnabled setting. Exploitation requires control of the account's matching Google identity and bypasses only Documenso's configured second factor, granting the victim's normal account access.
