SSRF in GitBucket 4.46.0 and 4.46.1 allows remote authenticated users to make server-originated requests via repository cloning. RepositoryCreationService passes sourceUrl from POST /new directly to JGit Git.cloneRepository().setURI without scheme, host, or private-address validation. Any account with repository-creation permission, granted to all users by default, can probe internal HTTP or HTTPS services and cloud metadata endpoints.
