SQL injection in the Appointment Handler of itsourcecode Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate queries. The appointmentdetail.php endpoint places the GET editid value into a MySQL query without adequate validation or neutralization, enabling error-based injection. Valid application credentials are required, and successful exploitation permits database reads or changes within the application account's privileges.
