CVE-2026-13514Public exploit

Account-data disclosure via unrestricted ADB backups

Published Jun 28, 2026 · Updated Jun 28, 2026

Information disclosure in Chess.com Chess - Play and Learn Online 4.9.42 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to read account data. AndroidManifest.xml sets android:allowBackup to true without exclusion rules, so ADB backup exports plaintext Google OAuth tokens from shared preferences. Physical access, authorized USB debugging, and device confirmation are required; the exposed token reveals identity claims and remains usable until expiry.
