Stale vector-search results via reused index cache

Data-authenticity verification failure in MyScaleDB 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to obtain stale vector-search results. The mutation path fails to rebuild or invalidate vector-index files and cache entries after ALTER UPDATE changes an indexed vector column, while getCacheKey strips mutation suffixes and aliases the old cache identity. Exploitation requires database privileges to update an indexed vector column and run index-backed searches; the bounded consequence is incorrect nearest-neighbor output from old embeddings.
