Authenticated database disclosure via unprepared search query
Published Jul 1, 2026 · Updated Jul 1, 2026
SQL injection in MotoPress Appointment Booking 2.4.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract database data via the s parameter. The booking-management page incorporates the user-supplied search value into its admin booking query without sufficient escaping or a prepared placeholder, allowing appended SQL. Access requires an account assigned the mpa_appointment_employee custom role; the documented consequence is sensitive database disclosure, not modification or service interruption.
