Cross-user document access via unscoped vector namespaces

Authorization bypass in IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.1 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter private vector documents. The Chroma component accepts caller-selected persist_directory and collection_name values without scoping either value to the flow owner, so a matching pair opens the same persistent collection. A valid low-privilege account and knowledge or discovery of the victim namespace are required; successful access discloses exact stored content and permits collection pollution.
