Denial of service via stalled attribute cursor

Denial of service in CODECHILD HTML::Bare 0.04 and earlier allows remote attackers to hang Perl processes via malformed attributes. In parser.c, parserc_parse leaves cpos unchanged when the att_nameqsdone state receives characters other than an equals sign or NUL, so the C state machine repeats forever. Applications that pass attacker-controlled HTML to the default parse method can have one Perl interpreter and a CPU core pinned indefinitely.
