CVE-2026-13389Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated data disclosure and modification via REST routes

Published Aug 2, 2026 · Updated Aug 2, 2026

Missing authorization in WebToffee GDPR Cookie Consent before 3.5.3 allows remote attackers to read and alter consent data via REST routes. The export handler writes all logged consent records to a publicly readable CSV, while delete, policy-create, and license-deactivate handlers perform privileged state changes without authorization. All four routes accept requests without a cookie or nonce on a default activated installation; consequences include consent-record disclosure or deletion, draft-page creation, and license reset.
