Contributor-level stored XSS via allow-list bypass

Stored XSS in SendPulse Email Marketing Newsletter 2.2.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in visitors' browsers. The form-save path stores _sp_form_code after an allow-list check accepts a benign SendPulse loader tag alongside arbitrary HTML, and the [sendpulse-form] shortcode renders the stored value without adequate output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to create the sendpulse_form post; the payload runs when any user, including an administrator, previews or views a page containing the shortcode.
