Contributor-level stored XSS via unsanitized panels_data

Stored XSS in Page Builder by SiteOrigin 2.34.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through panels_data. The plugin stores Contributor-supplied panels_data as post meta without sanitizing WP_Widget_Custom_HTML content, then renders that content verbatim on the frontend. Contributor access to an editable post satisfies the save-time nonce and capability checks, and viewing the poisoned page executes the script in the visitor's browser.
