Deserialization in IBM MQ Java messaging allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through crafted serialized data. The Java messaging path deserializes attacker-controlled data without an effective trust boundary, but IBM has not identified the responsible class or method. An authenticated messaging connection is required; affected releases include the specified 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, and 9.4 LTS and CD ranges and 10.0.0.0.
