Authenticated database disclosure via unescaped val parameter
Published Jul 11, 2026 · Updated Jul 11, 2026
SQL injection in Majestic Support 1.1.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive database data via the val parameter. The get-smart-reply AJAX handler incorporates val into an inadequately prepared SQL query, allowing attacker-supplied SQL to alter the query. Exploitation requires a valid nonce obtainable by a Subscriber-level user after creating a frontend ticket and opening its detail page.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
