Account rebinding via missing OAuth state validation

CSRF in Drupal Salesforce Suite before 5.1.3 allows remote attackers to bind a site to their Salesforce account through interactive OAuth. The salesforce_oauth callback fails to validate the OAuth state parameter before accepting the authorization token and storing the resulting account binding. Exposure requires the salesforce_oauth submodule and an active OAuth authorization profile; JWT-only sites are unaffected, and successful abuse replaces the site's Salesforce account binding.
