Administrator-controlled server requests via unsanitized host URL

SSRF in Drupal OpenAI Provider before 1.1.1 and 1.2.0 through 1.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to send crafted server requests. The module accepts a user-supplied host URL without sufficient sanitization and uses it as the destination for image-generation requests. Exploitation requires permission to change the host URL and a way to generate AI images, enabling requests from the Drupal server to attacker-chosen destinations.
