Geolocation disclosure via unauthenticated discovery response

Information disclosure in TP-Link Kasa EC70 v4 and EC71 v4 before 2.4.1 allows remote attackers to read geolocation data via local discovery. The UDP service on port 9999 accepts an unauthenticated get_sysinfo request and returns GPS coordinates and device identifiers under trivial XOR encoding. Same-local-network reachability is required; exploitation discloses precise location and fingerprinting data without altering or interrupting the camera.
