Unpaid ticket issuance via cross-payment response replay
Published Jun 25, 2026 · Updated Jun 25, 2026
Improper workflow enforcement in pretix-oppwa before 1.4.3 allows remote attackers to obtain multiple valid tickets with one payment. The OPPWA payment-result path accepts a successful status response without binding its transaction identifier to the targeted pretix payment. No authentication or user interaction is required, but exploitation requires a valid successful response from another payment; the result is unpaid ticket issuance without data exposure.
