Unauthenticated stored XSS via unescaped IP log
Published Feb 12, 2026 · Updated Feb 12, 2026
Stored XSS in AYS Pro Secure Copy Content Protection and Content Locking 4.9.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts. The sccp_get_user_ip function accepts the X-Forwarded-For header as a user IP value, stores it in results, and column_default renders user_ip without output escaping. No authentication is required to seed the value, but a privileged user must open the affected results list before the script executes in that user's browser context.
