Deserialization in PersistenceFramework in Progress Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX before 2026.2.708 allows remote attackers to execute code. RadPersistenceManager persistence utilities instantiate types while deserializing attacker-influenced state without restricting unsafe types. Exploitation requires RadPersistenceManager and a file, cookie, or similar persistence source that attackers can influence; code runs as the application pool identity.
