Unauthenticated metadata forgery via predictable HMAC fallback

Hard-coded key use in RadAsyncUpload for Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX before 2026.2.708 allows remote attackers to forge protected upload metadata. When ConfigurationHashKey is absent and machineKey is not explicitly configured, the upload handler derives integrity protection from a predictable fallback HMAC key. The exposed application must use RadAsyncUpload; successful forgery changes trusted metadata and enables further exploit chains, but this flaw alone does not establish code execution.
