Authenticated booking-data disclosure via unchecked ownership
Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026
IDOR in WP Travel before 11.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to read other customers' booking and billing details. On the customer account dashboard, a user-controlled detail_id selects a booking without verifying that the current account owns it. Any logged-in subscriber can supply another booking identifier with a publicly obtainable nonce and expose its address, order number, and booking date.
