Service interruption via TCP SYN flood

Denial of service in WatchGuard Dimension 2.0 through 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt logging via a TCP SYN flood. The log listening service does not control resource consumption when processing a high volume of TCP connection-initiation requests. No credentials or user interaction are required, but the attacker must send a high packet volume over a short duration to interrupt service availability.
