Authenticated denial of service via unbounded contention value

Resource exhaustion in affected MongoDB Server releases allows remote authenticated users to disrupt service through crafted FLE2 find payloads. The Queryable Encryption FLE2 find handler accepts an unbounded contention value and uses it to control internal computation, consuming excessive CPU or memory. Authentication and Queryable Encryption access are required; affected branches are 7.0 before 7.0.39, 8.0 before 8.0.28, 8.2.0 before 8.2.12, and 8.3.0 before 8.3.7, and exploitation leaves the server slow or unresponsive.
