Unauthenticated code execution via cache extension confusion

Arbitrary file upload in Podlove Podcast Publisher 4.5.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through image caching. In podlove_handle_cache_files, image validation uses the full source URL while Image::extract_file_extension uses only its parsed path, preserving .php when caching a polyglot. No account or user interaction is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied PHP with the web server's privileges.
