CVE-2026-12989

Unauthenticated robot control via unprotected HTTP API

Published Jul 27, 2026 · Updated Jul 27, 2026

Authentication bypass in Ghost Robotics Vision 60 mobile app 5.5.0 allows remote attackers to control the robot through its HTTP API. The app exposes the web administration interface and operational API without authentication or authorization, accepting commands to move the robot, manage sensors, stream live camera video, and invoke Play, Pause, Stop, or E-Stop. Access requires connection to the device's internal Wi-Fi network, but no account or user interaction; exploitation exposes live video and grants physical control over robot operations.
