Paid lesson disclosure via missing enrollment check

Information exposure in ThimPress LearnPress before 4.4.4 allows remote authenticated users to obtain paid lesson material via AI-assistant requests. The openai_assistant_chat handler accepts caller-supplied item_id and course_id values, loads the referenced lesson, and sends its content to the configured AI service without confirming course enrollment. A subscriber account, an enabled AI Assistant, and a configured API key are required; the result exposes restricted lesson content without granting modification access.
